Chief Nelson Genaille of the Sapotaweyak Cree Nation has served his community as Chief since 2010. He has overseen the economic development of his community, opening a service station on Treaty land in Swan River, Manitoba as part of their Treaty Land Entitlement allocation.
Genaille also serves as President of the Treaty Land Entitlement Committee.
