In exciting news, Chief Nelson Genaille announced today that Sapotaweyak Cree Nation, a community with a proud Fastball legacy in Manitoba would be hosting the 2025 Native Canadian Fastball Championships at Buhler Park in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The annual event will include teams from throughout Canada and include Seniors, Juniors U23 and Masters divisions.
